These are some of the holds and prototypes that resulted from the first foams which i have received.
The bolt holes are carefully drilled on the best possible spot and supported by a A2 stainlees steel washer.
Time to screw them on the wall to feel the different textures !
This hold got one of the roughest texture of my tests, but still a good hold.
The red rectangular climbing hold in the picture below delivers the smoothest texture.
The climbing holds are being tested extensively on this slightly more than 30 degree overhanging boulder wall.
A thick crashpad and 3 old mattresses provide the desired "freedom of movement".

These precise crafted spax-edges have been shaped from different types of small foam pieces , all with a similar texture.
They are designed to be very versatile- you can turn them to get more variety or make a movement easier/harder.
I use them on a 30° overhang, they add a challenging component to my steep wall i didnt have before, but i think most people would rather use them on vertical walls and mild overhangs.
They match perfectly to granit and gneiss routes.
